High level event
The Forum is a joint project of the Russian National BRICS STI Council and the Commission of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation for higher education and science development. The Forum is held with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO.
Experience and training exchange
It is a communication platform for sharing experience in popular science projects implementation and mechanisms, technologies and tasks of science popularization

Humanistic mission
The purpose of the forum is the development of the scientific and educational potential of the Russian regions and the BRICS countries through the development of a system for popularizing scientific knowledge and scientific activities with taking into account regional characteristics.
Community development
Popularizers of the formal, natural and social sciences, researchers, journalists, volunteers from all over Russia and the BRICS countries will gather at the forum to solve common problems and develop cooperation.
Involvement
